SafariPads: book from the hotel reception and pay later

In Lapland Safaris we are always innovating, searching for the best way to serve our clients. Our aim is that they truly enjoy their experience in Lapland, but the experience start already when they are planning the trip from their home countries.

Last November we launched our new pages with more information about all our activities and our destinations in Lapland, and with a redesign booking system that we can say that is working pretty well based on the reservations that our clients managed to do through the winter season. We believe that the new pages have been useful for many of our clients in the early stage of planning and booking.

SafariPads – booking optionals made easy

Once our guests are here in Lapland, we make sure that they enjoy with us their stay and have fun with our safaris and activities… and they do have fun! The result of this is that they want to book optional activities, and again, we want to make the booking process very easy for them.

Already this winter we have been testing in some hotels from different destinations the SafariPads. From these devices our guest will be able to check the activities for the coming days and also to do a real-time reservation in just few steps. So they can check availability and book tomorrow’s activity in just a few minutes without leaving the hotel reception. Once the reservation is done, this will be paid before the departure: easy, fast and safe.

At this moment it is working in some hotels in Rovaniemi, and soon they will be also in Saariselkä. For the winter, you will be able to find the SafariPads in most of the hotels in our destinations. Once again, when is about developing and creating new products, we try to involve as much as possible the local comunity. In this case, the stands have been handcrafted by a local company in Rovaniemi.

In Lapland Safaris we will keep working to improve the overall experience of our guest. That’s our promise!
